Posh word for Noticing: I use it in respect of individual beings, noticing that something exists or is happening, but before any further mental processing happens with it. Put simply: personal sensory perception. The associated quality, when we ‘notice our own noticing’, is I Amness, the sense of existing.

Disambiguation: When I write ‘awareness’ with a small ‘a’, then the above is what I mean, and not Universal Awareness – the Self – which is primeval, non-individuated Awareness.
